Washington, DC 20555 DOCKET 50-255 - LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE REQUEST -
EQUIPMENT AND SAMPLING TESTS Attached are three (3) originals and thirty seven (37) conformed copies of a Request for Change to the Palisades Plant Technical Specification.
This change will permit hydrostatic testing of the service water system critical headers at 110 psig instead of the currently required 150 psig in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Rules of In-service Inspection of Nuclear Power Plant Components, 1974 Edition, Addenda through summer 1975.
The requested change involves a single safety issue. Therefore, a check in the amount of $4,000.00 is attached pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, Class III change.
