Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status of the proposed rulemaking on ISFSI security requirements and consideration for potential discontinuation.

Participants:

NRC/NMSS/Division of Rulemaking External Participants ISFSI Security Rulemaking Working Stakeholders Group Meeting This is a Category 3 meeting. The NRC staff will provide Category: presentations on the status of the ISFSI security rulemaking and consideration for potential discontinuation, and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and provide feedback.

The NRCs Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002 (67 FR 36920), applies to this meeting.
