APPLICANTS' NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND MOTION TO TERMINATE PROCEEDING The Applicants in this proceeding have today withdrawn their application for a construction permit for Montague Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2. The reason for this action is described in the enclosed letter to Harold R. Denton.
In light of the withdrawal of their application, the Appli-cants hereby move the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to terminate this proceeding. Since construction at the site was never authorized, there is no need for any site restoration or
- rehabilitation.
