APPLICANTS' NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND MOTION TO TERMINATE PROCEEDING The Applicants in this proceeding have today withdrawn their application for a construction permit for Montague Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
The reason for this action is described in the enclosed letter to Harold R. Denton.
In light of the withdrawal of their application, the Appli-cants hereby move the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to terminate this proceeding.
Since construction at the site was never authorized, there is no need for any site restoration or rehabilitation.
