Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Revised Technical Specification Change Request No. 103 Attached please find page 4-5a of the TMI-l Technical Specifications. This page was inadvertently omitted from TSCR No. 103, submitted May 18, 1981, LlL 125. The change to page 4-Sa is the addition of footnote 3 to item 28
" Radiation Monitoring System". This footnote requires performance of the
" check" and " test" surveillances only when containment integrity is required.
The justification and safety analysis for this change was supplied with TSCR No. 103.
