TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET No. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50 '127/81058 REVISION 1 The enclosed report is a supplement to my letter dated June 9, 1981, concerning the setpoint for steam generator level bistable 1-LS-3-38B being outside the acceptable technical specification limits. This y event placed the unit in action statement 7 of limiting condition for operation 3.3.1.1 and action statement 16.of limiting condition for operation 3.3.2.2 and is reported under Seq'uoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.a. .
