Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 I E Bulletin No. 80-19 I E Bulletin 80-19 pertains to the use of " Mercury Wetted Matrix Relays in Reactor Protection Systems" at operating nuclear plants. The Oyster Creek Nuclear Station does not utilize mercury wetted relays either in the reactor protection or any safety related equipment. Therefore, the referenced bulletin does not apply to Oyster Creek.

A total of 12 man-hours were expended to review plant systems and prepare this response. Since no corrective action is required there will be no additional time expended.
