Florida Power Corporation (FPC) has reviewed the concerns of the appli-cable NUREGs, as requested, by Item II.K.3.30 of the referenced letter.

We believe the existing small break LOCA model, as approved by the NRC

staff, fully meets the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Apoendix K.
We will perfann a comprehensive review of the existir.g model vis-a-vis the NUREG concerns and available experimental data, and revise where necessary.
i We request that.the staff be available to meet with the Babcock & Wilcox
! Owners. Group on December 10, 1980, for the purpose of solidifying our present preliminary thoughts.
