One White Flint North Building, Room O-3 B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, Maryland 20852 PURPOSE OF MEETING: To discuss decommissioning status of the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor site and discuss DPCs plans for dry cask storage at the site.
NRC ATTENDEES: Representatives of the Office of Federal and State Materials and Environmental Management Programs, Decommissioning and Uranium Recovery Licensing Directorate; Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards, Division of Spent Fuel Storage and Transportation; Office of Nuclear Security and Incident Response; the Office of the General Counsel; and Region III OTHER ATTENDEES: Representatives of DPC; Sargent & Lundy; and TriVis NOTE: The open portion of this meeting is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to communicate with the NRC staff after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned. NRC=s Policy Statement, Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, effective May 28, 2002, applies to this meeting.
