NRC STAFFS UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CORRECT THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE TELEPHONE CONFERENCE HELD ON OCTOBER 29, 2009 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d) the NRC Staff (Staff) hereby asks the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) to correct the transcript of the telephone conference held on October 29, 2009. The Staff respectfully requests that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A, attached hereto. Although these inaccuracies in the transcript did not impact the Boards November 4, 2009 order summarizing the telephone conference,1 the Staff would like to correct these errors because some of them change the meaning of the Staffs statements.
