JOINT MOTION ON DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE Northern States Power Company, the Prairie Island Indian Community, and the NRC Staff (collectively, the Parties) have agreed that the Initial Disclosures required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a) and (b) should be provided by February 27, 2009, and supplemented thereafter on the last business day of each month (rather than 14 days as provided in 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d)). The parties therefore respectfully request that the Board modify the disclosure requirements in this proceeding accordingly. The Parties have authorized NSPM to file this motion on their behalf.
