- 1) The exact quantity of waste of that was disposed of (for each incident of disposal); 2)
What type(s) of containers the waste is stored in ; 3) How long the containers are warrantied to last; 4) Whether the DOE , NRC, U.S . Army Corps of Engineers or any other government agency monitors these containers, to determine whether they have already leaked, have begun to leak, or are at risk of leaking soon; 5) Whether there is any intention to retrieve the containers, before the containers corrode (if they have not done so already); 6)
The date(s) on which the canisters will be retrieved (if they are to be retrieved) ; and 7)
Whether there are any plans to remediate any resulting environmental damage that may have already occurred.
