No.09-015 U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF LICENSEE MEETING April 13, 2009 Licensees: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facility: Limerick Generating Station Units 1 & 2 Docket No. 50-352 & 50-353 Date and Time: May 21, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Location: Limerick Energy Information Center 218 Longview Road Royersford, PA 19468-1016 Purpose: To discuss the NRCs assessment of the safety performance of Exelons Limerick Generation Station, Units 1 & 2 for calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations.

Mudrick, Site Vice President E. Callan, Plant Manager R. Kreider, Manager, Regulatory Assurance Public Participation*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The NRC staff will hold an open house to discuss Exelonss performance at the Limerick Generating Station during calendar year 2008 and the role of the agency in ensuring safe plant operations. During the session the public will have the opportunity to talk with the NRC staff on an informal basis.
