NA AIT Requests - Walker 9/9/11 Date: Friday, September 09, 2011 1:22:14 PM Pleaseprovide the following requests to the licensee:

1. Regarding 2H EDG, please provide manufacturing specs for the jacket water cooling gasket

2. Regarding 1J/2J EDG Missing Orifice Plates:

a. How long has the condition existed for both diesels?

b. Why was the pump replaced previously?

c. Why was the pump being replaced/worked on 9/4/11 which led to the discovery?

d. Please explain what is meant by the missing plate was found still attached to the removed discharge flange (i.e., for which pump - current or from 2004)

e. Please be prepared to discuss CR 441537/441540 I'm reviewing the other OD now and if I have additional questions, I'll provide them.
