Friday, September 09, 2011 1:22:14 PM Please provide the following requests to the licensee:
- 2. Regarding 1J/2J EDG Missing Orifice Plates:
- a. How long has the condition existed for both diesels?
- b. Why was the pump replaced previously?
- c. Why was the pump being replaced/worked on 9/4/11 which led to the discovery?
- d. Please explain what is meant by the missing plate was found still attached to the removed discharge flange (i.e., for which pump - current or from 2004)
- e. Please be prepared to discuss CR 441537/441540 I'm reviewing the other OD now and if I have additional questions, I'll provide them.
