Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 Emergency Response Data System Data Point Library Changes In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section VI, "Emergency Response Data System,"

Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting updated information related to the Emergency Response Data System (EROS) for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1). EROS is a direct, near real-time, electronic data link between the computer data system used by TMI-1 and the NRC's Operations Center which provides for the automated transmission of a limited data set of selected parameters. 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V1.3.a requires that any changes in computer hardware or software that affect the transmitted data points identified in the EROS Data Point Library must be submitted to the NRC within 30 days after the changes are completed.

Accordingly, the transmission of the attached EROS data point information for TMI-1 (Le., Point 10: ERDSDATA, NRC EROS Parameter: Simulator Data) is being discontinued. The TMI-1 database will retain this data point as a spare, but the associated data will no longer be transmitted to the NRC via EROS. This EROS change was implemented on March 22, 2012, and the required notification is being submitted within 30 days of the change as required by 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section Vl.a.3.
