REQUEST FOR HEARING IN THE MATTER OF ENTERGY OPERATIONS, INC. - RIVER BEND STATION , UNIT 1 DOCKET NO. 50-458-LR The Office of the Secretary has received a petition to intervene and request for hearing from the Sierra Club. The request was filed in response to a notice issued by the NRC staff that provided an opportunity to request for a hearing regarding Entergy Operations, lnc.'s license renewal application for the River Bend Station Unit 1, located in St. Francisville, Louisiana. The notice was published in the Federal Registeron August 14, 2017 (82 FR 37908). The request was filed timely via the Electronic Information Exchange (EIE) on October 12, 2017.
The petition to intervene and request for hearing is located in ADAMS and on the Electronic Hearing Docket under accession number ML17285B126.
This matter is being referred to you for appropriate action in accordance with 10 CFR §2.346(i) .
