.1 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT N0. E-10 AMENDMENT N0. 14 Effective May 1,1979, Indemnity Agreement No. E-10, between The Pennsylvania State University and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated October 8, 1962, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:

Article III, Paragraph 4(b)(2) is amended by deleting the amount

"$140,000,000" and substituting therefor the amount "$160,000,000."
