In Reference 1, the NRC identified plans to conduct Inspection Procedure 92723, Follow Up Inspection for Three or More Severity Level IV Traditional Enforcement Violations in the Same Area in a 12-Month Period, at Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3 (Waterford 3). This letter provides written notification that Waterford 3 is prepared for your review of these issues.
