- because of a failure of the main battery charger en Dec. 23, 1979. At 08 0 Dec. 24, 1979, the backup battery charger tripped and could not be e z' set. This is a limiting condition for operation as addressed in Section 3.9.3.5 of Tech. Specs.
Cause and Corrective Actionj The cause of the Battery Charger Failures is under in-vestigation. A spare battery charger is being brought on site and is expected to be

in service by 1300 Dec. 24,1979.
