Dear Mr. Denton:
We have amended the approved security plan for Surry Power Station, Units 1 and 2, to clarify potentially ambiguous and incongruous phraseology, to correct typographical errors, and to upgrade the provisions of Chapter 10, Special Security Measures During Construction Operations.
These changes do not represent any degradation in the physical security program, therefore, we are submitting them for your review and approval pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Five copies of each of the amended pages are enclosed. These documents are considered proprietary by Virginia Electric and Power Company and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR
