The license is amended to extend the date of expiration from June 21 , 2019 , to June 21 , 2024. The licensee is authorized to export a cumulative total of 33 , 000 kilograms (kg) of uranium-235 , contained in 825 , 100 kg of uranium , enriched to 5.0% WGT maximum , as fabricated BWR fuel bundles. The cumulative total of uranium-235 starts from the issuance of the original export license , XSNM1662. The shipment of Australian-, Canadian-, and EURATOM-obligated material is authorized. All other conditions remain unchanged.
Neither this license nor any right under this license shall be assigned or otherwise transferred in violation of the provisions of the Atomic EnergyAct of 1954 , as amended, and the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974. This license is subject to the right of recapture or control by Section 108 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended , and to all the other provisions of said Acts, now or hereafter in effect and to all valid rules and regulations of the NRC.
