REQUEST FOR PUBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FR NOTICE - NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO POSSESSION ONLY LICENSE (TAC NO. J00359)
Dairyland Power Cooperative, Do cket No. 50-409, La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor, Vernon County, Wisconsin Date of application for amendment: July 28, 2009, and supplemented August 7, 2009, May 19, 2010, and August 12, 2010.
Brief description of amendment: The amendment revises the La Crosse Boiling Water Rector (LACBWR) Technical Specifications, in support of the dry cask storage project at LACBWR.
Date of issuance: January 25, 2011 Effective date: As of the date of issuance and shall be implemented within 60 days. Amendment No.: 71 Facility Operating License No. DPR-045: This amendment revises the Technical Specifications.
Date of initial notice in FEDERAL REGISTER: October 6, 2009 (74 FR 51326) The Commission's related evaluation of the amendment is contained in a Safety Evaluation dated January 25, 2011.
