PSEG has reviewed and fully supports the comments made by the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) in the referenced letter above including all attachments.

The NRC is requested to extend the period for receiving comments on DG-1 199 and delay final issuance of Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 1.183.
