On September 7, the NRC sent a letter to Governor Anoatubby inviting the Chickasaw Nation of Oklahoma to consult with the NRC under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act regarding our ongoing review of Honeywell's request to renew its license for uranium conversion operations.
