Dear Ms. Douglas,
Last week, the NRC sent a letter to you dated July 3 inviting the Kaw Nation to consult with the NRC under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act regarding our ongoing review of
Honeywell's request to renew its license for uranium conversion operations.
I've attached the letter to this email without the enclosures.
If you would like me to email any of the enclosures, please let me know. At your convenience, please let me know whether the Kaw Nation is interested in consulting on this
project. You may use the form enclosed with the letter (Enclosure 4) or, if you prefer, simply respond to this email.
I will be on vacation next week (from July 16 through July 20) and will return on July 23.
