Dear Mr. DeLaBarre:

September 17, 2018 Enclosed is an application from RSB Logistic Inc., dated August 28 , 2018 , requesting Amendment No. 08 to its existing export license XSOU8798/07.

This license presently authorizes the export of up to 12 , 000 , 000 kilograms of natural uranium to Canada, in the form of ore concentrate (U 3 0s) for conversion into UF6 , U02 , or U0 3, and return to the U.S. for future processing. The purpose of the amendment is to add one "Other U.S. Party(ies) to Export". Since there are no changes to the terms and conditions of the existing license being requested , our office is processing th i s as a minor amendment.

We intend to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review expired , and it is determined that appl i cable export license criteria are met.
