Enclosed is an applica tion from RSB Logistic Inc., dated August 28
, 2018 , requesting Amend ment No. 08 to its existing export license XSOU8 798/07 . This license presently authorizes the export of up to 12,000 ,000 kilograms of natural uranium to Canada, in the form of ore concen trate (U30s) for conver sion into UF6, U02, or U03, and return to the U.S. for future processing .
The purpos e of the amend ment is to add one "Other U.S. Party(ie s) to Export".
Since there are no change s to the terms and conditions of the existing license being reques ted ,
our office is proces sing th is as a minor amend ment. We intend to issue the requested license after the 30-day time period allotted for public review expired , and it is determined that applicable export license criteria are met.
