Gentlemen:
l Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1), Technical Specification 4.18.6 requires the complete results of each inservice inspection of the once through steam generator (OTSG) tubes to be ,
submitted to the NRC within 45 days of the completion of the inspection. Attached is the 1 i
Steam Generator Tubing Inservice Inspection Report for the ANO-1 fourteenth refueling outage (IR14). The OTSG tube inspections were completed on April 30,1998.
i i l The full length tube inspections of both the "A" and "B" OTSGs had Category C-3 results.
The attached report supplements the information provided to the NRC by letter dated May 1,1998 (ICAN059802), which was required to be submitted per ANO-1 Technical j Speci5 cations 4.18.6 and 6.12.5 as a result of the C-3 inspection results. The complete results I of the inspections are included in the attehment.
