Dear Jeffery Ferguson,
By letter dated March 20, 2024, Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC submitted a request for a revision to the emergency plan regarding the use of cellular telephones instead of satellite phones at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication Facility (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession No. ML24080A507).
In conducting a detailed review of the proposed e-plan revision, we have identified a technical area where additional information is needed in order to make a determination of the adequacy of your request. The specific area where additional information is needed is stated in the enclosure to this email.
Please submit your response to this request for additional information (RAI) within 10 days of the date of this email. A clarification call was held April 9th on the draft RAI. This e-mail (including attachment) will be added to public ADAMS.
