Dear Mr. Adams:
Arkansas Tech University submitted an application for a construction permit / operating license for a TRIGA Research Reactor on November 13, 1989. Arkansas Tech University received a request for additional information dated January 28, 1991, and our engineering faculty are preparing a response which will be sent at the earliest possible date.
We have established a schedule which will allow the NRC to receive Arkansas Tech University's response before August 30, 1991.
