By letters dated February 7, 2007 and February 9, 2007, the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) submitted comments on the draft section 5.6 of NUREG-0800, Standard Review Plan (SRP),

Appendix 7.1-D and Branch Technical Position (BTP) 7-19, respectively.

We appreciate your comments and have provided the comments to the Digital I&C Working Groups on Communications and Diversity and Defense-in-Depth. This approach will allow the staff and industry the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate the impacts of the proposed changes.
