Pursuant to 10 CFR Parts 50.51 and 2.109, we respectfully request a renewal of our facility license, as described in the application dated February 5, 1959, and subsequent amendments thereto.
The new requested term for license R-62 is for a term of 20 years, expiring at midnight on November 16, 1999.
