RE: ACO request suspension of DFP review John, As the Project Manager the Lead Cascade Decommissioning, I have suspended the review of the DFP that Centrus submitted earlier this year - it will not be reviewed provided that the submittal of your Decommissioning Plan (DP) occurs in the near future as indicated in your email below; In the interest of managing our resources, we will review the Centrus Decommissioning Funding Plan (DFP) that is submitted as part of the Centrus DP.

If you have any questions, please contact me.

[External_Sender] ACO request suspension of DFP review Ms. Snyder, Per Letter from Y. Faraz to S. Toelle, "Approval of Request to Suspend Review of Decommissioning Program for the American Centrifuge Lead Cascade Facility, " sent September 1, 2016, if the Decommissioning Plan (DP) for the Lead Cascade is not received by September 30, 2016, review of our February 12, 2016 Decommissioning Funding Plan (DFP) submittal will be reinitiated.

ACO now anticipates submitting the DP for NRC review and approval by late November 2016 and requests DFP review, again, be suspended until receipt of the DP, which will include an updated cost estimate.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.
