Receipt of Physical Protection Plan, Rev. 19 Date: Thursday, June 07, 2018 9:53:00 AM We have received your letter dated May 24, 2018, transmitting Revision 19 of the NFS Physical Protection Plan.
In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009,"Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and Re-Baselining of Agency Activities" (ADAMS Accession No. ML16104A158), staff will no longer perform a detailed review of changes that the licensee affirms do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan (10 CFR 70.32).
