In accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum for SECY-16-0009, Recommendations Resulting from the Integrated Prioritization and Re-Baselining of Agency Activities (ADAMS Accession No. ML16104A158), staff will no longer perform a detailed review of changes that the licensee affirms do not decrease the effectiveness of the plan (10 CFR 70.32). No cost activity code has been assigned to this action. The revision may be subject to future inspections.
