The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) requests renewal of NRC Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9330, for Model ATR FFSC, Docket 71-9330. The current certificate, Revision 16, expires May 31, 2024, and DOE has a continued programmatic need for use of this package.

There have been no changes to the package since the CoC was amended by NRC in February 2023.
