The following security advisory (SA) is not publicly available because it is designated Official Use OnlySecurity-Related Information, which is exempt from pu blic disclosure in accordance with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions (NRCs) sensitive unclassified non-safeguards information (SUNSI) handling requirements:
SA 2023-05, National Special Security Event for the 78th Sessi on of the United Nations General Assembly
The NRC issued SA 2023-05 on August 29, 2023, to all affected l icensees (NRC and Agreement State) that possess, use, ship, or receive risk-signi ficant radioactive materials, including radioactive materials equal to or exceeding the trans portation quantities of concern, in the New York City, New York, area. Note that the SA contains se curity information and is, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure in accordance with NRC SUNSI handling requirements.
