Dear Ms. Varricchio and Mr. Devine:

This is a second partial response to your letter dated February 6, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Infomation Act (F0IA), six categories of documents regarding the Wolf Creek Generating Station STN-50-482.

The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix D are responsive to your request and are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. You may obtain access to these records by presenting a copy of this letter to the PDR staff or by requesting folder F01A-85-101 under your name.

The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix E are also responsive to your Public Document Room (y available in the Nuclear Regulatory Comission's (NRC) request and are alread PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555. The file location is noted next to the description of each document.

In response to category one of your request regarding the 1983 Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Report (INP0), we have been informed by the NRC staff that the NRC does not have a copy of the report. The licensee's copy of the INP0 report was reviewed on site by the NRC staff.

In addition, records have been referred to the Department of Labor for disclo-sure detemination and direct response to you.

The staff is continuing to search for additional documents. We will notify you upon completion of the search.
