Dear Mr. Sanchez:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your application, dated September 10, 2021, for renewal of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission license PXB14b.08. Although your renewal application was not received at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of your previous license (PXB14b.08), due to the unforeseen impact and effect of Hurricane Ida which hit your facility on August 29, 2021, the application has been deemed timely in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 110.51(b)(2), which allows license PXB14b.08 to remain valid until issuance of the renewed license. Please retain this notice to demonstrate proof of a valid license.
