TMIA'S CORRECTION OF ERRORS IN ITS MOTION FOR REVISION OF CONTENTION 5 On July 28, 1980, TMIA submitted its Motion For Revision of Contention 5 dated July 26, 1980.
First, this Motion was incorrectly dated July 26, 1980. It should have been dated July 28, 1980.
Second, TMIA inadvertently cited 10 CRF 50.40 twice.
Attached is a corrected version of TMIA's Motion For Revisicn Of Contention 5.
