Effective July 2001, NRC will install a toll-free telephone answering system for export/import-related calls. The system will route incoming callers to the appropriate person or destination.
At a later date, this system may be expanded to include (1) a fax-back service so that callers can automatically obtain general information and copies of license status reports and (2) a 4-digit access code for our most active licensees to automatically obtain information on their cases.
