Dear Mr. DelaBarre:

Enclosed is an application received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) , dated September 4, 2018 , from ISOFLEX Radioactive, LLC , for a specific license (PXB224.00) to export Category 1 and 2 quantities of lridium-192, Selenium-75 and Ytterbium-169 to India. The sealed source will be used for industrial radiography.

Since India is on the restricted destinations list (10 CFR Part 110.29) , before taking action on this new request, we would appreciate your views , in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch , as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended .
