We will attempt to resolve any issuessuch that we can obtain your concurrence with our planned issuance of the EA in the Federal Register.

We typically request a 30 day response deadline, but in this case, weare nearing the completion of the review and would like to get this back as soon as

possible.

Please note, as highlighted in this draft EA, that it was reviewed by your office on June 11, 2010. However, due to the time that has transpired since that review, we request another review. No significant changes have occurred, but a few of the changes involve: 1) anupdate to the Environmental Justice section using updated census data; 2) a clarification on the chemicals routinely used at the facility; and 3) revised radiological dose calculations for the routine release of Argon-41.

All changes remain within federal regulatory limits.
