Wardwell In the Matter of ENTERGY OPERATIONS, INC. (River Bend Station, Unit 1) Docket No. 50-458-LR ASLBP No. 17-956-01-LR-BD01 November 13, 2017 NOTICE AND ORDER (Scheduling and Providing Instructions for Oral Argument) Pending before this Licensing Board is a Petition to Intervene and Request for Hearing submitted on October 12, 2017 by Sierra Club.1 After reviewing the Petition and the subsequently filed related pleadings,2 the Board has determined that oral argument will assist it in resolving the issues presented. The Board will hold a telephonic oral argument concerning standing and contention admissibility on Thursday, November 30, 2017, at 2:00 P.M. EST. The Board will hear argument from counsel for the parties in the following order: (1) Sierra Club; (2) Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy); and (3) the NRC Staff. Sierra Club will have 60 minutes of argument time, and it may reserve up to 15 minutes of that time for rebuttal. Entergy and the NRC Staff will each have 30 minutes of argument time. No witnesses, other representatives of the parties, or members of the public will be heard during the argument.
