In order to complete its review, the NRCstaff requests the following additional information. The Dominion responses areprovided below.1. Please clarify the statement that "no anomalous conditions" associated withthe primary channel head inspections were observed. Please clarify whetherany degradation was observed.Response: No degradation or any other condition adverse to quality was observedduring the primary channel head inspections.2. Please clarify the statement that "no adverse conditions" were noted duringthe secondary side internals inspection. Please clarify whether anydegradation was observed.Response: No degradation or any other condition adverse to quality was observedduring the secondary side internals inspections.3. In Table 1, please clarify that 100% of the tubes in steam generators B and Cwere inspected full-length with a bobbin coil except for the U-bend region ofthe tubes in rows 1 and 2.Response: 100% of the tubes in steam generators B and C were inspectedfull-length with a bobbin coil except for the U-bend region of the tubes in rows 1and 2.4.
