APPLXCATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the reg'ulations of the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the "Commission" ), Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation
("RGEE"), holder of Provisional Operating License No. DPR-18, hereby requests that Sections 3.13, and 4.14 be revised in the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license.
RGEE also requests that the Inservice Inspection Program be revised.
This request for a change in Technical Specifications and in the Xnservice Inspection Program is sub-mitted in response to a letter dated March 23, 1981 from Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut, Director, Division of Licensing regarding Technical Specifications for safety-related snubbers.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application.
The proposed Inservice Xnspection Program change is set forth in Attachment B.
A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment C.
