The purpose of this letter is to update and correct several pages.
These corrected pages incorporate missing pages to Revision 9
and a typographical error.
We believe that the corrected pages do not decrease the effectiveness of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
Enclosed are two copies of the corrected Revision 9 pages to the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
Two copies of the corrected Revision 9 pages have also been forwarded to the NRC Region III office as required by 10CFR50.4(b)(5).
Also enclosed are the insertion instructions and an explanation of the corrections.
