The Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan, Revision 9, was provided to you in our letter AEP:NRC:0824I, dated December 4,
1990.
The purpose of this letter is to update and correct several pages.
These corrected pages incorporate missing pages to Revision 9
and a typographical error.
We believe that the corrected pages do not decrease the effectiveness of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
Enclosed are two copies of the corrected Revision 9 pages to the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
Two copies of the corrected Revision 9 pages have also been forwarded to the NRC Region III office as required by 10CFR50.4(b)(5).
Also enclosed are the insertion instructions and an explanation of the corrections.

Typographical error.
The Pawating Hospital Agreement is dated September 10, 1990.

Add the Lake Township Ambulance Agreement letter (10) directly following the Medic 1 Community Emergency Service Agreement letter.
This letter was mistakenly left out during reproduction.

Remove the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Emergency Resources Agreement letter dated August 14, 1990.
Replaced it with the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations Emergency Resources Agreement letter dated October 1, 1990.
The August 14, 1990 letter was mistakenly copied instead of the October 1,
1990 letter.
