~c'n accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power 8 Light Company submits herewith three signed originals and forty copies of a request to amend Appendix A of Facility Operating License DPR-31 and 41.

This amendment was initially submitted via L-77-174 dated June 9, 1977.

This submittal contains revisions agreed to by your staff in conference calls on November 16 and 18, 1981.

The proposed amendment is described below and shown on the accompanying Technical Specification pages bearing the date of this letter in the lower right hand corner.

Page 3.0-1 The additional filter systems are included in the applicability section of the Limiting Conditions for Operations.

~Pa e 3.4-4 The allowable times for unit operation with the Emergency Containment Filtering System inoperable have been modified.

~Pa es 3.4-5 8 3.4-6 The paragraph

b. from Page 3.4-6 has been relocated to 3.4-5.

Specifications for the Post-Accident Containment Vent System and Control Room Ventilation System have been added.

Pages 4.7-1, 4.7-2, 4.7-3 and 4.7-4 Additional, testing requirements have been included in the testing specifications for filter systems.

Page 84.7-1 The bases have been revised to reflect the usage of ANSI NS10 (1975) as a basis for that program.

The proposed amendment has been.reviewed by the Turkey Point Plant Nuclear Safety Committee and the Florida Power 8 Light Company Nuclear Review Board.
